AS we sat on the
Bumboat looking at the Island slowly fading away. We knew that it is time to say goodbye. Till then
Pulau Ubin! We hope you will be ready for us the next time.
We let our minds lingered through every single thing that we love about the Island. The beautiful scenery and cycling among friends is where our minds most lingered to.

Despite our exhaustion, we finally arrived back at the jetty. To our greediness, we want to snap more pictures of
Ubin but it seems that the
storm cloud does not approved us. It lays down a heavy downpour and some fierce
lightning.

As we were cycling, we saw a house shop that sells drinks, our thirstiness that brought us into the house where we found an old man sitting on a stool. We bought four bottles of mineral water. I then saw a an old picture of his by accident. The old man told me in malay that he was the son of the former president of Pulau Ubin, Mr Lim Chye Joo. Immediately we took some pictures with him. Poor that old man, he did not even have time to put on a cloth.

FINALLY, we call it for the day and decided to cycled back straight to the jetty. The two of us were totally exhausted especially my partner, Rauf. And on our way to the jetty, he suddenly felt the urge to need to go to the toilet . He went to toilet which was located not far from our route. After a while waiting for him, he then walked out from the toilet yet only to have his picture taken for the blog.hehe

As soon as we arrived at Nordin beach, we started to clean it. After an hour of cleaning, we felt so hungry and tired. So, we took a packet of nasi sambal goreng and a packet of coconut rice for each of us, we went to a hut which was not far from the beach to enjoy our lunch. After fulling ourselves, we can still see that Nordin Beach is still in need of some cleaning. We continued cleaning the beach And that is when we noticed a heavy stormed cloud approaches.
, 4:37 PM

Yeah, on our way to Nordin Beach, we found a beautiful yet deserted island. So, we decided to take some picture. It is because of the scenery that just make us want to stay longer to enjoy the natural beauty that god had created.

Upon minutes waiting. There he came with his smily face and well-dressed uniform.
A snapshot for the blog followed by a persuasion from me to him about renting his own bike..
Finally, we were back on track where our exciting journey begins.
, 7:24 AM

I rushed off along with my other friends to a bicycle-rent shop. I rented the cheapest which costs around $5. I was about to explore when suddenly my phone rang. On the line was my partner whom obviously was very late. He told me to wait for him at the arrival deck.
without futher ado, I took some pictures of the island while waiting for him to arrive.
, 6:51 AM

Minutes later, I finally arrived at my destination. Out of my eagerness, I immediately departed the boat only to have discovered a beautiful island scenery. Although it was classically old and dirty, the beautiful scene and the wonderful breeze totally overpowered it.
